Locked Out Series
Published by DarkBrain Comics
Reviewer: Brandon Ennals

The Locked Out Series is a web comic sci-fi series by DarkBrain Comics. The story follows a blonde
bombshell named Emily. One day she finds herself naked and brushing her teeth in the bathroom. She
has no recollection how she got there. She also has no ability to control any of her actions. Something is
controlling her movements, and apparently this “something” has plans for her.

The being that is controlling her actions against her will is controlling her to seduce various men at her
job, which appears to be some sort of government defense station. She tries to resist the control of
the being, and just when it seems as though she may be successful, the being resorts to violence and
ultimately drains her will to fight. Why is the being controlling her? What is the purpose of this being
controlling her actions? Well, I guess you’re just going to have to go to www.darkbrain.com to find that
out.

As with another series I reviewed not long ago called Mirror,Mirror , you can read Locked Out for free
on the website. As with all Dark Brain stories, Locked Out contains a lot of sex and nudity. Not to be
overlooked is the art in the book. I really enjoy the art style in all of the DarkBrain stories. The stories
and the dialog between characters are pretty solid.

You can view all of the DarkBrain stories for free on their website, www.darkbrain.com. The free content is censored, but if
you want to read the uncensored versions of the books, you can go about it two ways. You can purchase
the book from their site, or you can subscribe to their website. Subscriptions cost $20 for 3 months
of membership. This will give you access to all of the stories uncensored. The best part of paying for a
subscription is the money goes directly towards developing new stories for you to view. Considering all
of the content you can view, $20 is a bargain.

My rating for this series so far is 6.5. Since I am not much of a sci-fi fan, this series could definitely rate
higher for some readers. That being said, I am very interested to see where the series goes from here. I
could definitely see my rating going up as more issues become available.
