11/11/11 (Asylum)
Asylum are some brilliant but sneaky bastards. Dont get this confused with the upcoming 11-11-11 movie directed by Darren Lynn Bousman. This movie had a pretty solid concept but the execution and acting left much to be desired. In spots it was quirky and weird but not enough to make it unique. Skip it. 5/10. Full review soon.

Wrong Turn 4 – The best sequel to the underrated original so far. It has blood, boobs and bad cgi. Early word was it was a so bad its good movie. It’s actually competently made and acted. After the first initial bloody sequence you do wait awhile before the carnage kicks in. Great practical effects mixed with some shoddy cgi. Still …

Children of the Corn Triple Feature: Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice / Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest / Children of the Corn IV: The Gathering – This is the first time that part 2 has ever been on dvd. I’m sure most of these are terrible but I remember one awesome scene at the end of Urban Harvest with some strobe like cinematography.

Psych 9 – from Ghost House pictures. Its an average psychological horror movie with a dumb twist ending. Nothing original. Dont waste your time.
